A guest submits a request for a premium service, such as a chef, hairstylist, or private massage through our concierge portal.

Step 2

We Contact You with Details

Based on the guest’s preferences, we reach out to you with the request, availability window, and any relevant preferences or expectations.

Step 3

Secure Payment Flow

Guests pay in full to Capture It Eleuthera to reserve your service. Once the job is completed and confirmed, we release your payment, minus our 15% coordination fee, directly to you.

Step 4

You Deliver an Exceptional Experience

Show up, shine, and do what you love. We handle the rest—scheduling, guest updates, and post-service communication.

We look for professionals who are passionate about their craft, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional service. Once you apply, our team will review your submission and follow up with next steps if we believe you’re a good fit.
This fee covers concierge coordination, guest communication, marketing, and seamless booking support. It allows you to focus on your service, while we handle the behind-the-scenes logistics.
Once you’re approved, you’ll be added to our trusted network and considered for future bookings. Demand may vary depending on season, service type, and guest requests.
Absolutely. You remain fully independent and can continue offering your services as usual. Our partnership simply gives you an additional, curated stream of high-quality clients.
We take cancellation policies seriously. For services that require prepayment or upfront costs, we’ll work with you to ensure fair protection. Final policies will be outlined in your onboarding documents.
Once a service is completed, payment is securely issued to you minus the agreed 15% coordination fee. We use trusted payment methods to ensure prompt and transparent transactions.
Yes. All submitted documents—including business licenses and IDs—are handled securely and used only for internal vetting purposes. We respect your privacy and never share sensitive information without consent.
